How to cut rubber/PVC ramps easily and flatly？

1. Tool preparationCutting rubber/PVC ramps requires the use of specialized tools.

You need to prepare any of the following tools:

(1) Rubber/PVC cutting machine.
(2) A sharp utility knife

2. Cutting steps

(1) Measure the ramp

Before cutting the ramp, you need to accurately measure the size of the ramp. Using a tape measure or ruler, measure the width and length of the ramp and record it.

(2) Start cutting

Place the ramp on the cutting machine workbench, and use a cutting knife to cut the ramp. If you are using a cutting machine, just press the start button to automatically cut.

(3) Trim the edges

No matter what tool you use to cut the ramp, the cut piece
will likely need a little trimming. Use a whetstone or sandpaper to smooth the edges to make them smoother.

Threshold Transversable Comfort

My threshold of tolerance was nearly breached by having to negotiate an approximately 1.5 inch obstruction that I had to navigate through multiple times a day almost daily. Worked perfectly !

Good Fit Over a Threshold

I needed a ramp to go over the threshold from the dining room to the patio for a wheelchair or knee scooter to travel over. I measured the threshold dimensions, paying particular to attention to the height that was needed. This ramp fit the doorway. It is nice weight and easy to install. I recommend this product.
