1.About shipping costs
We ship via Fedex by default, and our system will calculate the actual shipping cost based on your location.
2. Can I choose a different shipping method?
Sorry ,we ship via Fedex by default. However, if you wish to use UPS for shipping, you can contact customer support by email and we will replace the UPS shipment for you.
3. Regarding delivery confirmation and delivery status check
(1) Shipping and pickup notifications will be sent by our website via email.
(2) You can log in to your account, and your order number, shipping bill number and other shipping details will be displayed on the account page. You can also check the delivery company.
You can also directly consult customer service to inquire about the transportation status of your order, and we will answer it for you.
4. About the delivery time
For details, please refer to About Shipping. We will ship the goods within 3 working days at the latest (for example, if you place an order on Friday, it will be shipped on the following Monday).
Normally, delivery to the lower 48 states of the United States usually takes 3-7 working days（except special circumstances）. Shipping days depend on different shipping addresses.
You can check the tracking status through the parcel inquiry service of each courier company from the next day after shipment. Please check the delivery status of your package below:
6. Can I pick up my order locally?
Local pickup is now available at our Georgia, USA location. If you need this service, please select the self-pickup service on the checkout page. We will assist you to pick up the goods offline after seeing your order.
